As part of our topic this half-term, we are learning about farming, so today we made a special virtual visit to Cronkshaw Fold Farm. A farmer took us on a tour whilst doing his daily farm jobs. We checked in on the goats, collected the eggs from the hens and met Tess the sheepdog puppy, who is currently training ready to work on the farm. The children had lots of fun and asked the farmer lots of interesting questions.
Tomorrow, we will be using what we have learnt, to write a diary entryabout a day working on the farm.
