We loved using the apparatus today. The children were so brave in overcoming these challenges. We used our muscles to move in different ways over, under, up and down the obstacles.

Well done to our KS2 dodgeball team who won the Heywood Sports Partnership dodgeball festival.
Congratulations to the four pupils that represented our school at the Rochdale tenpin bowling competition. KS2 took part in an online virtual escape room, where they were challenged to collaborate, problem-solve, and think creatively to progress through each stage. Working together to overcome a series of themed challenges, the groups used their “wizardry” skills to successfully complete the escape room experience.

Year 4 are making so much progress in their swimming lessons at Heywood Sports Village. More certificates have been awarded today with children achieving their Stage 2, Stage 3 and Stage 4. We are really impressed with how well they are doing. Keep it up!
