This half-term, Year 2 are working with clay in Art. In our first lesson, we went down to our forest school and explored the Clay by experimenting with tools to make marks, shaping the clay with our hands and then making a model of our choice. In the following lesson, we created clay structures and added our own designs by using tools to make patterns or adding other shaped pieces of clay and using natural resources.
We had lots of fun experimenting and exploring with clay!
