Creating calendars in Year 5

Year 5 have made some fantastic calendars during art lessons this week. First we thought about warm and cool colours and which colours we associate with different seasons. We then used watercolour paints to create the backgrounds. After this we used lines and patterns to draw symbols of the seasons.
