In English today, we moved onto our new topic which is surrounding biographies and non-chronological texts. The first text we looked at today was a biography written about Jane Goodall and her journey through her life from getting her first chimpanzee teddy, to working with primates in the jungle. The children had to locate different sections of the biography – heading, early life, achievements as an example) and draw the correct symbol next to their paragraph. They did great!
