This week in Music, Miss Taylor taught the children some songs in French. We sang head, shoulders, knees and toes and Frere Jacques in French and English. We then listened to the elephant and aquarium songs from the Carnival of The Animals written by French musician Camille Saint-Saëns. We stomped to the beat of the elephant song and moved fish along to the aquarium song. We listened to how the songs were different and how they reminded us of the different animals.
