After winning the Rochdale Dance Festival, St Luke’s were invited to attend the Greater Manchester Dance Festival at The Edge in Wigan.
During the day, the children watched professional dancers perform and took part in three different workshops, including contemporary and carnival. These sessions gave them the chance to try new styles and develop their skills.
They also had the opportunity to perform on the main stage and watch other schools perform, which they really enjoyed.
The children had a great day and were very well behaved throughout. They represented St Luke’s brilliantly.
