Yesterday in class we learnt about Remembrance Day and why we wear Poppies.
We watched a short video and looked at a PowerPoint all about Remembrance Day and made poppy flags by painting apples red and printing them, we had lots of fun waving our flags as we were leaving at home time.
We did some great learning and even managed to recall what we had learnt to tell Miss Horrocks about it again, today!
