Year 4 Hawthorn, designed, planned and created their own Saxon homes using a variety of different resources. The children worked in groups to create the a sturdy home for the Anglo-Saxons to live in. Well done.

In today’s maths lesson, we had to search for questions around the playground, which related to different things we have learnt. Each answer linked to a letter, which we used to form a word.
Hawthorn have written a letter to an author of their choice to persuade them to come to our school to promote the love of reading. They did a splendid job of persuading the authors!
