Year 1 enjoyed taking part in the Take 10 reading record. The event encouraged children across the world to read for ten minutes in attempt to set a new world record for the most people reading online at the same time.
Rashmi Sirdeshpande read the book “Super Uma” to us all which then followed with a draw along activity with illustrator Nakul P.
The children drew the unicorn Chip from the story and also drew a safe space for him! We loved taking part in this event and enjoyed reading a new story!
