This week in Reception we have been learning about people who help us. We were very lucky today, we had a visit from a real nurse!
Throughout the week we have been learning about different careers linked to people who help us so we were very excited when Trixie’s mum arrived to talk to us about being a nurse. She told us all about her job and what she does. The children then got a chance to use some of the special equipment. It was very interesting! We now have a nurse outfit and nurse equipment in our careers corner for the children to use throughout the year. They are very excited to be able to use the same resources as Trixie’s mum.
