Wow! What a fantastic morning Year 2 had with their shared learning and lunch.
The children and parents were split into groups and set a task to make a hanging solar system. The children and adults worked together, using planet fact sheets, to colour each planet correctly and write a fact about each. They then hung these in order of distance from the sun.
It was fantastic to welcome Elm parents into school, the adults and children thoroughly enjoyed having you here. A big thank you to all the adults who came and a special thankyou to those who also supported other children, whose adults couldn’t attend. What lovely families we have!
