For our computing topic this half term, we are looking at ga,e creation. Today, we planned the game we were going to create in relation to our English topic, The Explorer, and then were able to go on to create level 1! The children were able to design their own surroundings, put up walls, insert objects to obstruct, add coins and treasure to collect, as well as adding in ‘baddies’ to avoid that would make you lose a life. The children loved creating their first level of the game and did a really good job testing their games out. They showed excellent problem-solving skills! Well done Year 5!
