When we arrived at school we noticed footprints left by Father Christmas, we quickly read the note he had left us. Father Christmas left us a book and this week we have been reading the story ‘Harvey Slumfenburger’s Christmas present’. We found out that Father Christmas travelled in lots of different ways to get the present to Harvey. During choosing time we could write our own letters to Father Christmas and make our very own Christmas pictures.
At the end of the story it leaves us wondering what the present might be and we decided to draw a picture of what we thought. We Fred talked and labelled our gift and we had lots of fun coming up with our own ideas.
We are super excited for Father Christmas to visit our houses on Christmas Eve. 🎁
