On Hello Yellow Day, we had a fantastic time learning about the 5 Ways to Wellbeing – Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning, and Give. As a class we practised actions linked to these five important steps, helping us understand how we can look after our minds and feel good each day.
We came dressed in yellow to show support, and we also raised money for charity through donations. Throughout the day, we took part in mindfulness activities, shared our own ideas about looking after our mental health, and had thoughtful conversations about how to support ourselves and others.
