Year 5 had a visit from Nigel Goulding, an Environmental Education Officer from Rochdale Council yesterday. The children took part in a workshop about recycling, learning about the importance of recycling with practical examples of how to recycle well at home. The session included fun, interactive games and materials and the children learnt how making small changes now can have a huge impact on our environment. Hopefully, they now go home and put into practice what they have learnt!
