This afternoon Year 3 had the SCARF workshop focusing on the body and the 5 ways to well being. We learnt about the human body and their names and how our brain sends messages. Harold the giraffe spoke about each of the 5 ways of well-being and how we can use the, to look after ourself. The 5 ways of well being are to get creative, be active, have mindful moments, connect with others and to give to others. We had a great afternoon and learnt lots!
