Year 5 have been developing their Skills Builder teamwork skills through a fun and exciting spaghetti and marshmallow tower challenge!
Working in small teams, the children were challenged to build the tallest freestanding tower using only spaghetti and marshmallows. They had to communicate effectively, listen to each other’s ideas, share responsibilities and work together to solve problems. The challenge encouraged the children to show patience, compromise and resilience when things didn’t quite go to plan! We were so impressed with the creativity, determination and teamwork shown by everyone. The children learnt that working together and valuing everyone’s ideas can lead to great success! 🌟
