Today we had our last session with Link for Life for FRESH. We looked at the healthy plate again and talked about a balanced diet. William was awarded the winner of the best healthy plate and Imogen won a prize for the best listener:
After our discussion with Emma about healthy eating we then went outside to play some fun games with Coach T.
The children have all really enjoyed these sessions from these past few weeks and made some lovely cards to show their appreciation.
