Tumbling Toast!

This week has been all about toast! The children have learnt about ‘Murphy’s Law’ that ‘if something can go wrong it will go wrong!’ They have investigated the question, ‘Why does toast always land buttered side down?’ We have had great fun investigating whether or not the thickness of the toast affects which way it lands. The children also came up with some other great factors that they thought might affect the way the toast lands – force, friction, height.
