During British Science Week, we focused on the theme of “time”. We looked closely at what time means and how we experience time. We also looked at how it would be relevant to Science – experiments need the passing of time to show results, nature changes over time etc.

Our lesson focused in on nature and what grows over time. We used a map of the school to plot where the grass, plants and concrete playgrounds are around our school grounds.

We then decided on a grassy area to scatter some wild flower seeds. We took a “before” picture and will take an “after” picture in a few months time to see the difference in our area we chose.
