This week we made some sweet puff pastry tarts. Children were able to cut out the shapes they wanted and filled the puff pastry with sweet treats which we hen cooked in the air fryers. We certainly have some budding chefs on our hands as children have created some of our tasty treats at home with their parents which is lovely to hear. They said they were inspired to re-create the dishes at home as they loved cooking and thought about being a chef when they were older! Well done team!

In our art topic this half term, year 5 are looking at craft and design, specifically architecture. We have looked at houses and buildings so far and have even made our own drawings of houses. Read more
