Children in Year 5 Juniper have thoroughly enjoyed their Design and Technology lesson this week. We have designed and are making our own stuffed toys using skills such as: cutting accurately, threading needles, attaching appendages and buttons to fabric, decorating with different stitches and joining pieces of fabric together with a blanket stitch. A huge well done to all the children for their patience and resilience as some of these skills can be very tricky. We are looking forward to seeing our final stuffed toy creations at the end of term.
