Today has been ‘Inside Out’ day in school. Juniper came to school dressed in their clothes, but inside out! Inside Out Day during Children’s Mental Health Week is an awareness campaign that aims to enable young people to start talking about their mental health. We’ve turned our clothes inside out today to get important conversations started about how we might be feeling.

We’ve also discussed the 5 ways to well-being: be active, connect, take notice, give and learn new things. Take a look below at our ‘Be Active’ way to well-being!
