This week was Mental Health Week, the theme was ‘My Voice Matters’. We had lots of discussions in class about what Mental Health is and who they can talk to so they can get their voice heard, we also discussed what things are important to us, what helps us feel calm and content and who we are able to feel we can talk to.

We then did an activity which made us think about what we are grateful for and something we can be proud of and we shared these with the rest of the class.
