Today we looked at how different religions pray and worship God. We discussed that prayer is how religious people talk to their God and why prayer is an important activity. We explored a range of artefacts from Hindus, Judaism, Muslim and Christians and looked at where they came from and how they are used.
After that, we looked closely at the four Christian ideas of God the Father; the Creator; the Light and Love. We read poems and bible stories and had some time to reflect. We finished the lesson by discovering why Christian’s say ‘Father, Son and Holy Spirit’ and discussed God the Trinity.
