Yesterday was Safer Internet Day 2022. In year six we discussed and explored many ways to keep safe on line. The day encouraged us to help make the internet a safer and a better place for us all, and especially for children and young people. In class we explored the meaning of ‘respect’ online, discussed what was meat by ‘personal information’ and also how to be kind to others.
The class assembly outlined ways to behave safely online. The children understood how important this topic was and is, and even though they cannot control other peoples behaviour online, they can certainly control theirs.
