This morning, Hawthorn were visited by the school nurses to tell us all about healthy eating. During our session, the nurses spoke to us about having a health diet and how much sugar some of our food contains! Children were asked about their diets and to reflect on the foods they eat to see if they can make better choices.

In our art topic this half term, year 5 are looking at craft and design, specifically architecture. We have looked at houses and buildings so far and have even made our own drawings of houses. Read more
