We have been exploring strengths in different structures. We used card to make cylinders, triangular prisms and cuboids. We tested the structures by putting one book at a time onto each structure before it collapsed.
We found that the cylinders were the strongest because they don’t have corners. This experiment will help us when we are going to design and make a chair for baby bear.
