Year 3 had a wonderful trip to The Lowry, where we learned all about the famous artist L.S. Lowry and his artwork. During the visit, we explored the gallery and had the exciting opportunity to see some of his original paintings up close.
We also took part in creative activities, including sketching buildings and creating our own paintings inspired by Lowry’s style. The children showed great enthusiasm and creativity throughout the day.
Everyone had a fantastic time and enjoyed learning more about this important local artist.
