Well done all of Bluebells, you all looked fabulous today! We had lots of different book characters and I enjoyed hearing about your favourite books. We have had a very busy day!

This morning, we all made our own bookmark. Everyone took their time colouring it in and they were very excited to use it. Peggy shared with the rest of the class and told us that her Grandma uses a bookmark. She then told everyone how to use one.

We then made a selfie of ourselves, to keep as a memory of our first world book day in St Luke’s.

In the afternoon, we had a big treat! We had been talking about the story of ‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory’ and today it came to life in the immersive room. It was amazing!!

To finish the day off we had one last challenge! Mrs Farrall had hidden 5 golden tickets in each classroom and we needed to find them. If you found one of the special golden tickets, you needed to take it to Mrs Farrall and she had a prize!
