World Religion Day is celebrated every January on the third Sunday of the month. The aim of World Religion Day is to promote understanding and peace between all religions, encouraging people to learn about other faiths and their followers.

If we were in school, we would be celebrating the religions of the world and finding out more about different beliefs and values and how they compare to our own.

Whilst you are at home, see if you can find out more about World Religion Day. We are also running a competition to create a piece or artwork or poem that represents and celebrates the religions of the world.

Please email your entries to Miss Steele at msteele@stlukesceprimary.co.uk. I look forward to seeing your fabulous entries and I will announce the winner next Friday (29th January).
