We have been learning all about Holy Week and Easter and in this lesson we focused on Palm Sunday. We discussed that Palm Sunday commemorates the Christian belief in the triumphal entry of Jesus into Jerusalem, when he was greeted by cheering crowds waving palm branches that they set out on the ground along his path.
We then thought about the crowd that surrounded Jesus and wrote from different perspectives as if we were the people in the crowd.
