Year 6 looked at how Amazon organise the logistics of delivering so many items to everyone around the world. We looked at the software and hardware involved, as well as the engineers, computer scientists and programmers that help it all run smoothly.

The Year 6 Rowan children took part in a basic first aid lesson during PSHE. We discussed first aid situations and incidents, along with the treatment they should receive. We then had a practical session where we were able to put our knowledge into practice to treat our patients!
This week in ART Year 6 have commenced and new topic called Craft and design. Our first lesson was focusing on Photomontage. As part of our World Book Day and Careers Week celebrations, the children and staff at St. Luke’s all came dressed as what they wanted to be in the future. From police officers, builders, zoo keepers, singers to fashion designers, Year 6 looked fantastic!
