Today, we have the privilege of having Gareth Walker, a sports journalist in for our English lesson. Over the next 5 sessions, he will be guiding the children through writing professional pieces of sports journalism. Today we looked at reporting on England’s Euro 2024 qualifier versus Italy.
Year 6 really enjoyed their Christmas party this afternoon. We played party games, danced and had party food. The staff in Year 6 want to wish all the children and their families a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Year 6 Rowan chose to go to Queen’s Park as part of their 500 dojo reward. The children really enjoyed themselves and behaved beautifully. Well done Year 6.

Last week, Year 5 and 6 went to church for their Christingle Celebration. They were all absolutely amazing! The children performed their lines and songs beautifully.
Today, we celebrated Christmas jumper day and Christmas dinner day with our classmates. We listened to festive music and made Christmas puddings for placemats.
