In this week’s Cookery Club, we had lots of fun making our own mini pizzas. Before we started assembling them, we taste-tested some of the ingredients to decide which flavours would work best together. We tried different toppings like tomato sauce, cheese, pepperoni, and mushrooms, thinking carefully about what combinations might taste the best.
We also focused on our Skills Builder skill of planning. Before making our pizzas, we planned our toppings and the order we would prepare our ingredients.
Once we had chopped the toppings, we spread the sauce, added our chosen toppings, and cooked our mini pizzas using the air-fryer. The best part was tasting the finished pizzas and seeing how our plans turned into delicious results. It was a great way to practise planning while creating something tasty!
