Today the whole school celebrated European Languages Day. As at St Luke’s we learn French, the children also came dressed in red, white and blue.

We have fun doing lots of different activities such as learning to say good morning in different languages, learning numbers to 10 in French, eating a French breakfast, listening to stories about travelling to different countries, looking at different flags and finding them in the classroom, trying some popular action songs in other languages. Our favourite part was taking part in a Spanish Flamenco workshop with our special visitor.
