This afternoon Pine have been carrying out a separating investigation. We used our knowledge of filtering and sieving to separate our river water back into pure substances. We used lots of equipment: filter paper, funnels, beakers, sieves. We discussed our ideas and planned our method. We finished with some fantastic results and made suggestions as to what went well and what we could improve in the investigation in the future.
