This afternoon Year 5 worked well in teams to create some fantastic shelters. We talked about what would make a good shelter and how important team work is. We also talked about what we could do to resolve a problem. We were very impressed with how they worked cooperatively. The shelters were then tested because a storm came (in the form of Mrs Edyvean with water pistols)! We then talked about how shelters link to the thought of the week and bible story. We spoke about how sometimes we can feel like we are going through a storm with our feelings and how we can use our families, School and God as our shelter.
