In Year one we have we reading ‘The way back home’ by Oliver Jeffers. We had an experience day to help us imagine what it must be like in space. We went in to the immersive and listened to sounds and looked at images from space we also used to dark den and torches to experience to what space might be like. These experiences helped us think of interesting vocabulary we could use in a setting description. Willows wrote some fab sentences!
