We we have had a lovely week celebrating Chinese New Year.
We have made lots of crafts to display and look at, we have tasted Chinese food and we have watched some dragon dances!
The children have made masks and learned about the Chinese animals of the zodiac and how they had a race to determine which 12 animals would represent each year. This year is the year of the rat!
Our favourite part was tasting the food, we were really excited and tasted noodles, rice, prawn crackers, spring rolls and a special little biscuit. We all really enjoyed it and even asked for more!!
