The ethos team did a fantastic job of delivering collective worship for the whole school. They retold the story of ‘The Good Samaritan’ and spoke about the moral of the story. They also linked the story to our value of friendship and discussed how we should help everyone not just our friends.
A group of year 5 girls asked to perform a song in sign language. They did an amazing job and the whole school and staff were very impressed. We set them a challenge to sign a prayer and they got to work straight away and performed in collective worship the next day! The girls are going to teach the rest of the school the prayer in sign language so that everyone can take part.
