This week in Snowdrops we have been reading ‘The Gruffalo’ and ‘The Gruffalo’s Child’. We have compared the two stories and discussed how they are similar and different. Today we had a special treat and made gruffalo biscuits. We used melted chocolate for his fur, orange smarties for his orange eyes, a green jelly bean for the wart on his nose and marshmallows for his mouth. They were delicious!
The Jungle Book
KS2 were treated to a fantastic performance of The Jungle Book by M&M theatre company. All of the children really enjoyed the show and Year 6 were able to take part in a workshop afterwards. Read more
