Today we have been celebrating children’s mental health by discussing the importance of talking about our feelings and how we look on the outside doesn’t reflect how we feel on the inside. We have wore our clothes inside out and discussed the ways ways to well-being. We have taken part in 5 activities which have included; connecting- we chose a friend that we usually don’t play with and found out some interesting things about them; being active- we completed 2 brain breaks; taking notice- we had some mindful meditation. Learn new things- we learnt how to say hello in 15 different languages and lastly, Give- children have been asked to give something over the weekend and we will share them together on Monday.
