What a fantastic first full week we had in Year 3 Birch. Miss Lomax is really pleased with how well the class has settled in and how hard they are working. During this week, as part of our spelling and grammar lesson, we had lots of fun learning Kung Fu punctuation. We learnt moves such as throwing our fist forward making the noise ‘huh’ for a full stop and making a curve with our hand saying ‘shi’ for a comma. We then used our Kung Fu to help us correct punctuation mistakes in some given sentences
