This half term Year 5 will be focusing on architecture. The children will learn all about observational drawing, printmaking, and building design. This unit will encourage children to explore architectural elements and analyse the work of Friedensreich Hundertwasser. Today, we took advantage of the lovely weather and went outside to practise our observational drawing skills on some local houses. The results were brilliant and the children worked hard to ensure they included as many details as possible. Well done Year 5!
