Year 1 Willows had their last Forest school of the term. They were given a mission to build a ‘bug city’ and they toasted marshmallows on the fire to make s’mores.
This week in our maths lessons we are learning how to find half of a number and half of a shape. Today we used cubes to help us find half of an amount. We made sure we shared the cubes equally into 2 groups.
In gardening club over the last 2 weeks, we have had lots of fun making caterpillar grass heads and creating watercolour paintings. We have planted plugs into our planters and we hope to see some growth soon.
