The Gruffalo

This week, we were reading the story of The Gruffalo by Julia Donaldson. We remembered that our last 2 stories were the same author, and even remembered her name.

We did some lovely activities around the story:

We wrote a list of the characters from the story, dressed as the Gruffalo, made some Gruffalo faces using collage materials, made masks and shape owls, hunted for the Gruffalo at Forest School and even completed some Gruffalo yoga!

We really enjoyed retelling the story and remembering all of the rhymes used to describe the Gruffalo.
