Year 3 have been re-writing the story of ‘Charlie and the chocolate factory’ including a setting description of the chocolate room. This week the children will be writing a setting description independently, however, the room they will be writing about is a chocolate park.
To help our imagination and vocabulary, we went to Queen’s Park today and imagined what it would look like made from sweets and chocolate.
Miss Lomax was so impressed with all the ideas and descriptions, some of which you can see on the pictures. She is really looking forward to reading our finished setting descriptions. Well done Birch!
