Wow! What a fantastic first week in Year 1 Willows! We have been very busy learning about parts of a sentence in Writing, sorting objects in maths, using mirrors to draw self-portraits in art, writing prayers for our reflection area and much more. We have also really enjoyed learning about all our new equipment in our areas and taking part in COOL (choose our own learning) time.
Miss Lomax and all the Year 1 staff are very impressed with how well the children have transitioned and settled in to their new class. We are very excited for the year ahead! Well done!
